Upon heareing of the appeale of the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. James Clerkenwell
in this County against an order under the hands &
seales of John Fuller< no role > & Thomas Robe< no role > Esqrs. two of his
Maties. Justices of the Peace for the said County (Quoq
unus) beareing date the twentyeth day of september
last whereby Nicholas Robinson< no role > & Rose< no role > his wife
were removed from the parish of St. Giles Cripplegate
in this County to the said Parish of St. James
Clerkenwell as the place of the last legall settlemt.
of the said Nicholas Robinson< no role > , And upon heareing
of what was insisted on by Councell for the
Inhabitants of the said parish of St. Giles Cripplegate
and alsoe by Councell for the Inhabitants of the
said Parish of St. James Clerkenwell This Court
doth dismiss the said appeale And doth ratify &
confirm the aforesaid Order of the said two Justices
of the peace, and the same is hereby ratifyed &
confirmed accordingly, And this Court doth require
the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the sd
Parish of St. James Clerkenwell & all persons
concerned to yeild due obedience thereunto,
