Upon reading the humble peticon & appeale of Edward
Prince
< no role > exhibited unto this Court Setting forth
that at the Complaint of the Churhcwardens &
Overseers of the poor of the Parish of St. Leonard
Shoreditch in this County an Order or Adjudico [..] was [..]
beareing date the eighteenth day of August last
under the hands & Seales of D'oyly Michel< no role > & Ralph
Harwood
< no role > Esqrs . two of his Maties. Justices of the peace
for this County (Quorum Unns) whereby the Petr. is
adjudged to be the putative Father of a Male
bastard child born of the body of Lucretia
wharton
< no role > widdow in the Said parish of St. Leonard
Shoreditch and then was and is still likely to become
chargeable thereto, By which Order or Adjudicacon
of the Said two Justices the Petr. conceives himselfe
to be aggreived and humbly appeales therefrom,
Whereupon at the request of the Petr. It is Ordered
by this Court that the benefit of the said appeale
be saved unto him, and that the heareing and
determining thereof be adjourned untill the next
Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace to be holden
