To all Constables Head boroughs and
other his Maties officers of the Peace
whom these may Concern

Whereas complaint hath been this evening made to me upon
Oath by John Hobbs< no role > that some time this Month,
[..] he lost a Black Gelding Colt near 3 years old
& fifteen hands night & suspects one Edwd. Rowland< no role >
andPrince to be concern'd in taking himout
of a place call'd Broad Mead.

Where are therefore in his Mats. Name to charge &
comand ye to search the Barns Stables & Grounds
of Edward Rowland< no role > orRoads for the said
Geilding & if ye can find the said Gelding to bring
him & the persons in whose Custody he is & alsoe he
Bodies of the said Rowland & Prince before me
or some other of his Mats. Justices of the Peace
for the said County to answer the Complt. of the
John Hobbs< no role > & further to be dealt 10th. all according to
Law Given under my hand & Seal this 27th. day of
Novembr. 1726 .
