maketh Oath that he this Dept. together with
Richard Evans< no role > of the Custom house London
about the Seventh day of June last past
became bound for the Appearance of Xtopher
Hill
< no role > & Stevenson Grigg< no role > at the Sessions at Hicks's
hall in July last who were Comitted to New
Prison by Robert Jackson< no role > Esqr one of his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace for this
County for an Assault upon One Wm Huggins< no role >
a Bayliffe That ye Said Hill & Grigg Came
to London from Whitby in York Shire in
order to be witness on the behalfe of his
Majesty in relation to Some Frauds comitted
in the Customs but the said Hill & Grigg
having been Since discharged by the Comrs of
the Customs are returned home to Whitby
as this Dept beleives So that it is Impossible
for this Dept to gettthesaid Hill & Grigg to
appear at this present Sessions
