Whitby
in York Shire
in
order to be witness on the behalfe of his
Majesty in relation to Some Frauds comitted
in the Customs but the said Hill & Grigg
having been Since discharged by the Comrs of
the Customs are returned home to Whitby
as this Dept beleives So that it is Impossible
for this Dept to gett
thesaid Hill & Grigg to
appear at this present Sessions
