Whereas at the last genal Sessions of
the peace held for this county of Middx I pleaded not
guilty to an Indictment which you preffered
against me for an assault upon you and have
ever since remained a Prisoner in Newprison for
want of Sureties to prosecute my said traverse,
Now these are to give you notice that I intent to
bring on the tryall of my traverse to the said
Indictment at this prsent Sessions to be held by adjornmt
On Friday next being the fourteenth day of this instant
October at tenn of the clock in the forenoon, Dated this
11th day of October 1726
