the said County of the other part they the sd. William

have for themselves & their Exers & Admrs. convenanted & agreed with
the said Justices for the consideracons in the said
Articles menconed well & sufficiently to rebuild
such part of a publique Bridge called Chelsea
Bridge as is in the said County with good & sound
Oaken timber, piles, planks, Trussell heads, posts,
rails, gravell, Joyners worke, painting, Iron
worke and all other materialls of the scantlings
& according to the method & manner specifyed in
the Account or estimate written under the said
Articles, together with all other Worke & materialls
as well not menconed therein as menconed, in a
good substantiall & workman like manner, and
to compleat & finish the same before the thirty
first day of October
now next ensueing (if the
same can be done & performed before that time)
or assoon after as the same can be conveniently
done, And to find provide & use good sound &
sufficient Oaken timber, piles, planks & all other
materialls in & about the doeing of the said worke,
And to make & presence a convenient passage for
FootPassengers passing & repassing over the said
Bridge dureing the continuance of the said Worke,
