I John Henley< no role > Clerk Teacher or preacher to a
Congregacon of Protestants dissenting from the
Church of England; scrupling Infant Baptisure,
pursuant to the statute in that case made, doe
hereby certifie to his Maties Justices of the
peace for the County of Middlx now assembled
in quarter Sessions at Hickshall in St
John street in the said County that I have
appointed the house now in the possession of one
William Freelove< no role > Upholder & Broker , in
great Lincolns Inn feilds near Clare market
in the parish of St Giles in the feilds in the sd
County of Middlx , to assemble and meet in for
Religious Worship, Dated this one and
Twentieth day of April Anno Dni 1726
