To the Right Worpfull his Majtys Justices of
the Peace for the County of Middx in their
Genall Quarter Sessions assembled

The humble Peticon & Appeale of
the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of St. Thomas the
Aposlle in the City of London

Sheweth,

That by Virtue of an Order under the Hands & Seales of
Robert Jackson< no role > & Edward Grose< no role > Esqrs . Two of His Majtys
Justices of the Peace for the County of Middx (Quor un)
bearing Date the Seventeenth Day of February last
past Mary< no role > the Wife of Thomas Pearson< no role > with four
Children (Vizt) Elizabeth< no role > aged about Eleven Years,
Thomas< no role > aged about five years, Daniel< no role > aged four years
& Samuel< no role > aged about Ten Months the lawfull Fine of
the said Thomas Pearson< no role > & Mary< no role > his Wife , were removed
from the Parish of St. Mary White Chapple in the said
County unto our Said Parish of St. Thomas the Aposlle
as the Place of their last legall Settlement.

Therefore your Peticoners conceiving themselves
agreived by the said Order, do humbly appeale
to your Worps therefrom, & pray that your
Worps will be pleased to Order that the Church
Wardens & Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of St. Mary White Chappell in this
County & all other Persons concerned may
attend this Court Some day the next Generall
Sessions of the Pease to be holden for this County, to
hear and abide the Judgment & Determinacon
of this Court touching the said Appeale.
