matters now in question, Forasmuch as it appeareth

hath divers
times beatenthe saidand abused the Sd. William

whereby his body neare to his ribbs [..]
was rendred black & blew and holes were made
in his back, and that he kicked the Said William

Soe that his thighs were black & blew and
gave him immoderate correccon It is Ordered by this

hereby absolutely discharged of & from his apprenticehood
