The Humble Peticon and appeal of ye Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Pish of St: Benedict
als Bennett Fink London

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Ordr. or Pass Warrant under the
hands and Seals of Nicholas Jeffery's< no role > and John Troughton< no role > Esqr
Two of his Matyes Justices of the peace for the County of
Middx (Quorum Unus) bearing date the Seventh day of
April Instant Henrietta Hill< no role > Singlewoman was removed
from the Parish of St. Andrew Holborne above the Barrs in
the County of Middx unto ye. Sd Parish of St. Benedict als
Beniett Fink London alledging ye Sd Parish of St. Benedict
als Bennett Fink to be the place of her last Legall Settlemt

Therefore your Petrs. Conceving themselves
agrieved by p Sd Warrt or ordr. ye Sd Two Justices
Do therefore Appeal to Your Worships therefore
and humbly Pray that Your Worships will
be pleased to hear them in the premes and
Orde. that ye Church wardens and Overseers
of ye poor of the Pish of Sd Andrews Holborn
in the County of Middx May Appear before
You at a Certain Day by Your Worships to
be Appointed to hear and Abide ye Judgemt
And determinacon of your Worships touching
this Appeal

And Your Peticoner Shall Ever Pray Etc
