Sessions Assembled

The Humble Peticon and Appeal of the Churchwarden
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Botolph
without Bishopsgate London

Sheweth


That by virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the hands
and Seals of Robert Jackson< no role > and Edward Grose< no role > Esqrs . Two of his
Majestys Justices of the peace for the County of Middx (Quorum
Unus) bearing date the Eighteenth day of March last past
William Mosely< no role > was Removed from the Parish of Saint Mary
While Chappell in the County of Middx
unto the said Parish of St. Botolph without Bishopsgate
London Alledging the said Parish of St. Botolph without
Britropsgate to be the Place of his last legall Settlemt.

Therefore Your Petrs: Conceiving themselves
Agrieved by the said Warrant or Order of
the said Two Justices Do therefore Appeal
to Your Worships there from And humbly
Pray that Your Worships will be Pleased
to hear them in the Premisses and Order yt
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of St. Mary White Chapple
in the County of Middx May Appear
before You at a Day certain by Your
Worships to be Appointed to hear and
Abide the Judgmt. And determinacon
of Your Worships touching this Appeal
