the Peace for the County of Middx

The Humble peticon of Nichos
Ludford
< no role > one of ye petty Constables of
Southmims in this County

Sheweth.


That at a Court Leet holden in and for
the sd parish on Saturday last past Yor. Petr. was
rechosen Constable for the same Parish for the year
ensuing, and then and there sworn into the said
Office accordingly

That Yor. Petr. discharged himselfe in [..]
such Office so punctually in every Respect during
the last years Service, That the parishonrs. of the
sd parish, in Regard to such Service, as well as to his
numerous family of small Children, have approved
and thought fitt to continue him in the Sd Office

Yor. Petr. therefore most
humbly prays this Honble. Court
would be pleased to appoint
him to pass and Convey ye Vagrants
as he has done for ye year past

And that yor. Worshps would
Order him such yrly Allowance
for the said Service, as has
been customary, or as to yor. Worpll,
shall seven just & reasonable

And yor. Petr. shall every pray &c
