Sr.

The Court of the last Generall Quarter Sessions
of the peace holden for the County of Middx at
Hicks hall haveing directed me to write a letter
to you to desire you woulduntillplease to dineon
at Hicks hall on this day being the County
day of this present Generall sessions, and after
dinner to answer a complaint against you
for detaining the book wherein the Minutes
or Orders of the petty Sessions at Edgeware
are entred wch. letter was delivered unto youAnd being informeBut you
not being present at Hicks hall this day the
Court Imagines you [..] may have been prvented
by yor. attendance in Parliamt. And therefore
desires you will please to dine here to morrow
at one of the clock in the afternoon and after dinner to
answer the sd. complaint, I am
