Petr. conceiving himselfe aggreived by the said Order
of the said two Justices appeals to this Court against
the same, Whereupon at the Petrs. request and [..]
upon mocon of his Councell It is Ordered by this
Court that the benefit of the said appeale be saved
unto him, and that the hearing & determining
thereof be adjourned untill the next Generall
Quarter Sessions of the peace to be holden for this
County, And that the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
poor of the said parish of Endfield upon notice of
this Order and all persons concerned doe attend the
Court of the next Geneall Quarter Sessions of the
peaceforto be holden for this County by adjornmt.
on Thursday the thirteenth day of January
next at ten of the clock in the forenoon to heare &
abide the Judgmt. & determinacon of the same
Court touching the said appeale,
