Whereas the Church Wardens & Ovrseers of the poor of the Pish of St. Clemt
Danes in this County exhibited their humble peticon & appeale unto this
Court at this prsent Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace holden for this
County by adjournmt. on Monday the Seventh day of October instant
Settingforth that Anne Sherburn< no role > Singlewoman was by Ordr. dated the
Sixth day of August last and. the hands & Seales of John Milner< no role > &
John Ellis< no role > Esqrs . two of his Matyes Justices of the peace for the sd. County
(Quroum Unus) removed & conveyed from the Pish of St. Giles in the
feilds to the Pish of St. Clement Danes in this County And that the
petrs. conceived themselves aggreived & appealed from the Judgemt.
of the sd. two Justices to the Judgemt. of this Court which appeale
was appointed to be head & determined by this Court on this prsent
Fryday the fifteenth day of October instant Now upon mocon made
unto this Court by Councell for the appellant praying that the hearing
of the sd. Appeale may be adjourned This Court upon hearing of what was
alledged by Councell for the Church Wardens & ovrseers of the poor
of the sd. Pish of St. Giles in the feilds Doth Order that (on paymt. of
the Sume of twenty Shillings by the sd. Appellants or one of them unto
the Church Wardens & Ovrseers of the poor of the sd. Pish of St. Giles in the
feilds or one of them for their costs of this days attendance on this Court to
maintane the sd. Ordr of removall) hearing & determining of the sd.
appeale be adjourned untillthe next Geneall Sessions of the peace to be
holden for this County And that the Church Wardens & Ovrseers of the poor
of both the sd. Pishes & all Psons concerned doe attend the Court of
the next Generall Sessions of the peace to be holden for this County
by adjournemt. on Tuesday the Seventh day of Decembr. next at ten of
of the Clock in the forenoon to heare & abide the Judgemt. and
