praying that the hearing of the said appeale may be
adjourned This Court Upon hearing of Councell
for the said Appellants Doth Order that (on paymt.
of the Sume of thirty shillings by the Churchwardens
& overseers of the poor of the sd parish of St. Giles
without Cripplegate or one of them unto the said
Appellants or one of them for their costs of this-
days attend anne on this Court with their Councell &
witnesses to prosecute their said appeale) the hearing
& determining of the said appeale be adjourned
Untill the next Generall Sessions of the peace to-
be holden for this County, And that the Churchwardns
& Overseers of the poor of both the sd parishes &-
all persons concerned doe attend the Court of the
next Generall Sessions of the peace t be holden
for this County by adjornmt. on Thursday the ninth
day of December next at ten of the clock in the
forenoon to heare & abide the Judgment and
determinacon of the same Court touching the
said appeale,
