Whereas the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor
of the parish of St. Paul covent Garden in this County
exhibited their humble peticon & appeale Unto this-
Court at this present Generall Quarter Sessions of
the peace holder for this County by adjorunon
Tuesday the twelfth day of October instant
settingforth that by a pass warrant or order of-
removall bearing date the second day of september
last past under the hands & seals of John Fuller< no role >
& Alexander Ward< no role > Esqrs . two of his Maties. Justices
of the peace for the said County (Quorum Unus)
Winfred Ipson< no role > was removed from the parish of
St. Giles without Cripplegate in this County to the-
said parish of St. paul Covent Garden as the place
of her last legall settlement, And that the petrs.
concerived themselves aggreived by the sd. Warrant-
the same to this Court Which appeale was
appointed to be heard & determined by this Court
on this present Friday the fifteenth day of October-
instant , Now upon [..] mocon made Unto
this Court by Councell for the Churchwardens & overseers
of the poor of the said parish of St. Giles without Cripplegate
