to the said prison And that their receipts wth.
this Order shall sufficient discharges to the sd.

further Ordered by this Court that the St Sd. Henry
Penrice< no role > be and he is hereby desired advance
& pay such further sume of money as the sd
Committee or any three of them shall [..] by writing Under their
hands certify in their opinion to be necessary
for the purchaseing of ten pair of Fetters & bassells
for the use of New Prison aforesaid, And that
the receipt of the person receiving such sume
for the sd Fetters & bassells shall be a sufficient
discharge to the Sd Sr . Henry Penrice< no role > for such
payment, And this Court doth further Order that
the severall sumes of money soe to be advanced &
paid by the sd Sr . Henry Penrice< no role > shallin-
pursuance of this Order shall be refunded
paid to the said Sr . Henry Penrice< no role > or the
succeeding Trear or Trears for releife of
maincod Soldiers & Marimers out of the yearly
sume of twenty pounds payable by the Keeper
of New prison (for the time being) on accompt
of repaireing the same prison,
