Sumes of money to the said Roderick< no role > on his order
or upon his accompt the moneys remaining
due from the sd William< no role > to the sd Roderick< no role >
(for which the said Judgmt. stands as a
security) doe not amount toamount to exceedthe-
Sume of one hundred pounds, And that the
said william Mackensie< no role > This name instance is in set 4107. ought therefore to be
discharged from his said imprisonmt. by vertue
of the said Act, And upon reading sevall papers [..] being the [..] and examinacon of
severall persons upon Oath to make out-
the truth of the said allegacon, And upon
heareing of what was alledged by Councell
for the said Roderick Mackensie< no role > toin order to
oppose the discharge of the sd William< no role > , This
Court apprehending that there is a long &
tedious accompt depending between them Doth
