Whereas the Churchwardens & Overseers of the po [..]
of the Parish of Southmims in the County exhited
their humble peticon & appeale unto the Court
the last Generall Sessions of the peace holden for
this County by adjornmt. on Wednesday the
twenty fourth day of February last setting forth
that by Ordermadeunder the hands & seales of
Sr . John Austen < no role > Bart & John Arnott< no role > Esqr . two of
his Maties. Justices of the peace for the said
County (Quorum unus) bearing date the twenty
sixth day of January last past Richard Scarrel< no role >
with Mary< no role > his wife and their two children (Vizt.)
Elizabeth< no role > aged about two yeares & William< no role > aged
about six months were removed & conveyed from
the parish of Monkon Hadley in this County to
the said parish of South mims as the place of their
last legall settlement, And that the petrs finding
themselves aggreived by the sd Order of the sd [..]
appeale was appointed to be heardby& determined
the said Court on saturday the twenty seventh day
the same Month of February last , And by Order made
the same Court on that day the hearing & determining
of the said appeale was adjorned untill this present
Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace holden for this
County, Now Upon mocon made Unto this Court by
Councell for the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor
of the said parish of South mims to have the hearing of
