Shall think fit, and inspect the Poors Rate now in
question, And to examine & consider whether the sd.
Rate is equall legall & just or whether the same
is unequall illegall & unjust, and in what Particulars
And if it Shall appeare that the Petrs. or any other
Inhabitants are unduely charges by the said Rate Then to
consider how and in what manner they ought to be
relived, And it the said Rate shall appeare to be Unequall
illegall & unjust Then to Propose in what method [..]
equall new Rate may be made for releife of the poor
within the limits of the said old parish, And if the petrs.
and the present Churchwardens & overseers of the poor of
the said old parish Shall assent thereto Then to make & settle
Such new Rate and to have the same confirmade by two of
his Maties. Justices of the Peace for this County dwelling in
or neare the said Parish or Division wherein the said
parish doth lye (Quorum unns) And if they shall refuse
to give Such assent Then to report in what method a just
& equall Rate may be made for releife of the poor within
the limits os the said old parish, unto the Court of the
next Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace to be hold
for this County, And this Court doth require that the sd.
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor doe attend & Producing
the Poors Rate now in question & such other books & attempts
as shall be necessary to be produced before the sd. Justices
of the peace or any three of them (Quorum unns) at such
times & Places as they shall appoint, Andto the into at that
a Sufficient
in case the said Justices of the peace shall by
the assent aforesaid make such new Rate Then such
Inhabitants who have paid any [..]
Rate now in question shall be allowed the same as [..]
Upon such new Rate, And to the intent that a sufficient
Number of the Said Justices of the peace inhabiting with
Holborne Division aforesaid may Meet together touching
the matters to them referred as aforesaid It is hereby
Ordered that due & timely notice of the times & Places
their meetings be given to all the Justices of the peace
inhabiting within the same Division,
