WHEREAS Complaint hath been made by you, the Church-
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish
ofSouth mimsunto us whose Hands and Seals are
hereunto set, Two of his Majesties Justices of the Peace (Quorum
unns) for the County aforesaid, thatMartha Steward< no role > widdow
has

lately intrudedherselfeinto your said Parish of
Southmims there to inhabit asyor.Parishioner contrary to
the Laws relating to the Settlement of the Poor, andisthere likely
to become Chargeable, if not timely prevented. And whereas up
on due Examination and Enquiry made into the Premisses upon
Oath of the said Martha Steward< no role > it appears
unto us, and we accordingly Adjudge, That the saidMartha
Steward
< no role > is
likely to become chargeable unto the said Parish ofSouth mims
and that the last Legal Place of Settlement of the said
Martha Steward< no role > was in the said Parish of St. Botolph
without Bishopgate London

THERE are therefore in his Majesty's Name to Order and
Require you the saith Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish ofSouth mimsaforesaid, That you, or some
of you do forthwith remove and convey the saidMartha
Steward
< no role > from your said Parish ofSouth mims
to the said Parish ofSt. Botolph andherdeliver
to the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor there or some or
[..] our Warrent, or Order, or a true
Copy hereof, whereby they are likewise requir'd in his Majesties
Name, and by Virtue of the Statutes in such Case made, forth with
to receive the saidMartha Steward< no role >
into their saidparishand provide forher there
