The Humble Peticon and appeale of the
Church warden & Overseers of the Poor of the Parishe
of Saint Andrew Holborne above barrs in the sd. County

Sheweth

That by virtue of a Pass warrant or Order under
the hands and seales of John Fuller< no role > and William
Cotesworth< no role > Esqrs . two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the said County of Middx (Quorum Unns) bearing date
the twelfth day of September last Martha Caule< no role > relict
of Timothy Caule< no role > decd was removed and passed from the
Parish of Saint [..] Giles without Cripplegate
in the County of Middx to the said parish of Saint
Andrew Holborne above barrs as the place of her last
Legall Settlement

Your Peticoners finding themselves Aggrieved
by the Order of the said two Justices humbly appeale
to this Court against the same and Pray that the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Giles without Cripplegate and all
other Parties concerned here in may be ordered to
attend this Court some day this Sessions to hear &
abide the Judgment and determinacon of this
Court touching this Appeale
