Bishopsgate London

Sheweth

That by a pass Warrant or order under ye hands & Seals of Sr John
Austen< no role > & H: Smith Esqr two of his Majties Justices of ye Peace for
ye County of Midd (Quorum unns) bearing Late ye twentieth
Day of August last past Martha Steward< no role > Widdow was removed
From ye parish of southmims in ye sd. County unto ye sd parish of
St Botolph without Bishopsgate London as ye place of her last
Legal Settlement That your Petitioners humbly conceive
the [..] teres aggrieved by ye Warrant & Order of ye said two Justices
do appeal [..] your Worshipps there from

And pray that your Worshipps will be pleased to hear
them in ye prmisses and order that ye Church wardens
& Overseers of ye Poor of ye parish of southmims may
