them to Sumon before them the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish of
St. James Clerkenwell in this County, and to examine into the truth of the Peticoners
complaint and [..] etify their opinion touching the premises within menconed unto
his Maties. Justices of the peace at the Next generall Quarter Session of the peace to be
held for this County, andthatnotice is to be given to all said Referrees of the time
and place of meeting for the purpose aforesaid
