inst : Jane Fitz Gerald< no role > Singlewoman was
removed from the Parish of St. Martin in
ye fields in ye. sd. County to our sd. Parish of sd.
Botolph without aldgate as to ye. place of her
last Legal Settlemt.

That yr. Petr. think themselves
agriev'd by ye. sd. Order and humbly appeal to
this Honble Court agt: ye. same.

And pray yt. yr. Worsps would be
pleased to Ordr. that ye. Church
-wardens & Overseers of the poor
of the sd. Parish of St. Martin in
ye. fields and all other persons
concerned may attend this Court some
day this present Sessions to hear &
abide ye. Judgemt. & determinacon
of this Court touching ye. sd. appeal
