The humble Petition and appeal of the
Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of St. Margt. Westmr. in ye. Sd. County

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a pass Warrt. under the
hands and Seals of Saml. Perry< no role > and D'Oyly Michel< no role >
Esqrs . two of his Maties Justices of the peace of &
for the County of Middx bearing Date the Fifteenth
day of May last , Joseph Damsell< no role > and Jane < no role > his
Wife was removed from and out of the parish
of St. Mary Mattfellon als White Chapel in
the said County of Middx to the said parish of
St. Margt. Westmr. as the place of their
Lawfull Settlement

That Your Petrs. thinking themselves
agrieved by the Judgment of the said Two Justices
humbly appeal to your Worships against
the Same.

Therefore humbly pray your Worships
will please to Order, That the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
said Parish of St. Mary Mattfellon als
White Chapel may attend this Court
some day this Quarter Sessions to hear
and abide he final Detirmination
of this Court touching the said Appeal
