It is Ordered by this Court that the Constables
Churchwardens Overseers of the poor surveyors of the high
ways & other ancient Inhitants of the parish of St. Giles
without Cripplegate in this County have notice of this
Peticon, and that they doe attend this Court on
Friday next at ten of the Clock in the forenoon to
Shew cause why the Rate complained off by the Pet
Should not be vacated, and why such a just & equa [..]
Rate should not be made to defray the charges & pay
wages of the scavengers or scab Rakers & other officers empl [..]
in the ensuing the streets & carrying away the ashes dirt fitt [..]
Joyle within the Liberty of [..] Street in the said parish, as
this Court shall think fit,
