Take Notice that atlast April Sessions I put in A plea of Misnomer to an
Indictmt by you then prferred against me by the Name of Elizabeth < no role > the
wife of Thomas Watson< no role > for an Assault upon you and therein pleaded
that I was & yet an the wife of William Watts< no role > & not of Thomas Watson< no role >
as by the said Plea may appeare And your are further to take Notice
that at the next General Quarter Sessions of the peace to be holden
at Hicks hall in St John Street in & for the County of Middx by
Adjornmt on Friday the twelfth day of July next at ten of the
Clock in the forenoon I intend to pray the Court that my said
plea may be allowed unless in the meane time you put in A
Replication to the same Dated this twenty first day
of June in the Yeare of our Lord 1723 .
