That noe officer of the Militia who is a Deputy Lievtent.
ought to be present at or vote in the Debate of any
question concerning himselfe,

That it is necessary that there should be a standing
Order of [..] Court that a Committee be appointed
on course to examine the Trophy accompts when
they are laid before the Court and that the Collectors
be sumoned to attend the Court at such Sessions
as the sd. accompts shall be laid before them

That the severall Collectors. ought to pay to the Trear
for the use of the pyblique the severall sumes of
money by them collected over & above what they
had already paid

That it should be recomended to the Board of
Lieutenancy not to order any more Trophy money
till the money Which [..] appeares to be
due on the accots of the Trearer & the severall
Collectors be paid in & applyed to the proper use
As by the said Report (relacon being thereunto had)
may more at large appeare,

And Whereas by Order made at the said Generall
Quarter Sessions of the peace holden for this
County by adjornmt on the said third day of
December last It is expressed That upon reading
of the said Report & on consideracon of the matters
therein contained The Court did agree with the
Comittee in the Report & Resolucons therein
menconed And It was thereby [..] Ordered that the said Report
