The Humble Peticon and appeale of the
Churchwarden and Overseers of the Poor of
the parish of Saint Andrew holborne above the
Barrs in the said County

Sheweth

That by as Pass warrant or order under the
hands and seales of Alexander Ward< no role > and Matthew
Hewitt< no role > Esqrs two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the said County of Middx (Quorum unus) bearing
date the fourteenth day of March last past James Pritchard< no role >
was removed and passed from the Liberty of Saffron
hill Hatton garden and Ely Rents within the said
parish of Saint Andrew Holborne & County of Middx
to the said liberty above the Barrs as the place of
the last legall Settlement of the said James Pritchard< no role >

Your Peticoners finding themselves
aggrieved by the Judgment of the said
two Justices humbly appeale to this
Court against the same and Pray that
the Churchwarden & Overseers of the said
liberty of Saffron hill Etc and all other
Party's concerned herein may be
ordered to attend this Court some day
this Sessions to hear & abide the
Judgment & determinacon of this Court
touching this Appeale
