Itt is ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the
parish of St. Giles without Cripplegate in this County have notice of this
peticon & appeal, and that they & all other P sons concerned doe attend this
Court on Friday next att term of the clock in the forenoon to hear & abide the
Indgment & determinacon of this Court upon & touching the said appeal, and
it is further ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor
of the said Parish of St. Giles without Cripplegate in this County some or one
of them doe att the same since P duce & bring to this Court the rates or
assessment for the releife of the poor of the said parish & alsoe the
Scavengers rates there for the year last past to the end the same may
be inspected by the Appellants & their Councell upon the hearing of
the sd appeal as this Court shall think fitt
