WHEREAS it appeareth unto Us,whose Hands and Seals
are hereunto set, Two ofhis Majesties Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlx
(Quorum unus) upon the Complaint of the Church-Wardens and Over-
seers of the Poor of the Parish ofSt Giles without Cripplegate
in the said County.that Money < no role > the wife of Joseph
Syer
< no role > with her two Children Ann < no role > & Mary < no role > are
lately come into the said Parish, endeavouring to Settle
themselvesthere without giving Notice in Writing to the said
Church-Wardens or Overseers of the Poor, or any one of them,of the
House oftheirabode in the said Parish, according to
the Statute in that Case made and provided; And that the SaidMary
Syer
< no role > & her two Children by season of their poverty are
likely to become chargeable to the said Parish:which we adjudge to be trueAnd whereas it appeareth
unto us,the said Justices upon the Oath of the Said

that her Said husband waslast legally settled in the [..]
Hamblett of Bethnall Green in the parish of St.Dunstom Stepney
in the Said County, and no other legall Settlement elsewhere
appearing unto us Since Wee doe alsoe adjudge the said Hamblett
of Bethnall Green to be the place of their last legall
Settlement
There are therefore inhisMajesties Name Strictly to Charge and Com-
mand you and every of you, forthwith upon sight hereof to remove and
convey the saidMary Syer< no role > & her two Children
from the said Parish ofSt Giles wthout Cripplegate
in the Said Countyto the saidParish Hamblett of
Bethnall Green in the Said County
and deliverthemunto the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor there, Who are hereby required to provide forthem
according to Law: Hereof fail not at your Perils. Given under our Hands
and Seals, theSecondday ofMarchin theninth Year
