any five of them (Quorum unus) are hereby desired to
report an accompt [..] of their proceedings & their opinions in
writting touching the premisses unto his Maties. Justices of the
peace for this County to be assembled at the next
Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace to be
holden for this County.
