appeare at the them next Sessions of peace or Sessions of Oyer & Terminer to be
holden for this County to answer for such offence or offences the sd. Justices of the peace doe alsoe
oblige the person or persons (upon whose Oaththesuch

person or persons as they shall think proper to enter into
Recognizance of sufficient penalty to preferr an Indictmt. or Indictmts.against
and give evidence thereupon to the Grand Jury against such Offenders at the then next Sessions of peace or Sessions of Oyer &
Terminer to be holden for this County for the offences by
them comitted, and alsoe to prosecute the LawLaw Lawswith effect &
give evidence upon such Indictmt. or Indictmts. against such offenders tothereupon aswell to the Grand Jury as to
the Jurors that shall be impannelled & sworne to try the
traverses upon such Indictmt. or Indictmts. atanysuchnextSessions or any [..] Subloynent Sessions ofpeace or Sessions of Oyer & Terminerfor this Countyto be hodento the and that
for this County in which such Offenders shall appeare to & shall have given Que notice to the prosecutors [..] the persons gently of such offences as aforesaid [..] be

[..] & such other witnesses indorsed on the back of such Indictmt. or Indictmts. by of the day & hour ofsuchthe [..] appearance of
