Deced was removed from the parish of St. Martin in the
Fields in the sd. County to the said parish of St. Giles in ye fields
as the place of her last legall Settlemt.

Judgmt. of the sd. two Justices appeale to
this Court & humbly pray that the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of
the sd: parish of St: Martin in the fields &
all other Psons concerned may be Ordered
