The Humble Peticon and Appeale of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poore of the parish of Barking
in the County of Essex

Sheweth

That by an Order bearing Date the Second day of October
last under the Hands and Seales of Two of his Majties. Justices of the
peace for the County of Middx one Lydia Ball< no role > Singlewoman was
removed from the parish of Saint Mary Mattfellon als White Chapple
in the said County to the said parish of Barking in the County of
Essex as the place of her Last Legall Settlment

Yor. Petitioners finding themselves aggreived by
the said Order Appleale to this Court against the
same and pray that their Appeale may be lawed
and Adjourned to the Next Sessions and that your
Wopps would please to Appoint a day for hearing
thereof as to yor. Wopps Shall Seem Meet Etc:
