Whereas Complaint hath been made unto us two
of his Majties. Justices of the peace for the said County of
Midlx (Quor. un.) by the Churchwardens & Overseers of
the poor of the Parish of the St: Mary White Chappell in the
said County that Martha< no role > the wife of Adam Hannah< no role >
& her three Children (vizt.) Mary< no role > aged about nine years
& Eight Months William< no role > aged about two Years &
Hester< no role > Aged about Two Monthly the Lawful Issue of the
sd: Adam Hannah< no role > & Martha his Wife are lately come
into the sd. Parish endeavouring to Settle there contrary
to Law and that they are likely to become Chargeable to
the sd. Parish which wee the sd. Justices do Adjudge to
be true And whereas is appears unto us upon Oath that the
sd. Martha Hannah< no role > was borne & [..] in the Parish
of Haize near Uxbridge in the County of Middle aforesd.
and has not gained any Legall Setllemt. in any Parish or
place since (the sd. Adam Hannah< no role > being a Forreigner &
his settlemt. unknown) Wee the said Justices do therefore
adjudge the sd. Parish of Haize to be ye. place of the Legall
Settlemt. of the sd. Martha Hannah< no role > & her sd. three Children

These are therefore in his Majties. Name
to Comand you on sight here of to remove and convey ye.
sd. Martha Hannah< no role > & her said Three Children from & out
of the sd. Parish of St. Mary & White Chappll to the said
Parish of Haize and deliver them to the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the poor there or to one of them who
are hereby required to recieve & provide for them
according to Law Given under our Hands and Seales
this 28th. day of November 1722 .

To the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the Parish
of St: Mary White Chappel in the County of Midlx and to the Church-
wardens & Overseers of the poor of the parish of Haize in the said
County
