poor of the parish of St. Giles in the Feilds in the

Whereas Complt hath been made unto us two of his
Majesties Justices of the peace for the sd County of Middx (Quor)
un by the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the said Pish
of St Martin in the Feilds that Abigail Balland< no role > Widow
of William Balland< no role > Dated is

come & intruded to dwell in the said Pish of St Martin in the
Feilds not having gained any legall Settlment there and that
She is likely to become Chargeable to the said Parish
of St Martins in the Feilds

And Whereas upon Examinacon there of taken
before is upon Oath & other circumstances if appeare unto us
that the said Abigail Balland< no role >
was last legally Settled in the said parish of St Giles in the
Feilds in the said County of Middx

Wee the said Justices do therefore adjudge that the said
Pish of St Giles in the Feilds in the said County of Middx
is the parish and place of the last legall Settlmt of the
said Abigail Balland< no role >
and that their likely to become Chargeable the said
pish of St. Martin in the Feilds

These are therefore in his Maties name to required
& comand You the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor
of the said Parish of St Martin in the Feilds to remove and
Convey the said Abigail Balland< no role >
out of and from your said Parish unto the said
Parish of St Giles in the Feilds in the sd County of Middx
and her to deliver to the Churchwardens & Overseers of
the poor there or to Some or one of them who are hereby required
to receive the said Abigail Balland< no role >
into their Care and to proved for [..] her
according to Law hereof faile not at your pills Given under
