not having gained any legall Settlment there and that
She is likely to become Chargeable to the said Parish
of St Martins in the Feilds

before is upon Oath & other circumstances if appeare unto us

was last legally Settled in the said parish of

in the said County of Middx

is the parish and place of the last legall Settlmt of the
