The humble Peticon of Jacob Astley< no role >

Sheweth


That Yor. Peticonr. by his Indenture of Apprentices his bearing date
the twenty sixth day of October in the Eighth year of his now Matys Reign
Annoqr Dom 1721 Did put himself Apprentice unto Henry Vaughan< no role >
of New Brentford in the County of Middx Poulter for the term of Four years
comencing from the date of the sd Indenture As thereby may appear
That Yor. Peticoners Master did receive her pound from your Peticoners
father upon Executing the sd Indenture.

That Yor. Peticoner is in a very ill state of health having a great
Consumpcon upon him in somuch that he not able to follow his said
Master business (nor has not for some time) as severall persons will
Justify to this Honble Bench & besides Yor. Peticoner (to all humble Submission
to your Worpp.) looks upon the sd Indenture to be void in Law being bound
tent for four Years.

Yor. Petr. therefore most humbly Prays Yor. Worspps to be pleased
to order that his sd Master may appear one day this prsent
Sessions to shew Cause before Yor. Worspps why he may not
be discharged from his sd Apprenticehood.

And Yor.Petrs. shall ever prays Etc.
