and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St John of
Wepping in the County of Middlx

Sheweth

That by an Order under the hands and Seals of Samuel Perry< no role >
and Robert Dennett< no role > Esqrs two of his Maties Justices of the
Peace (Quar unn) for the said County bearing date the 20th
day of October last post Katherine Kilely< no role > Singlewoman
was removed from the Parish of St Mary Matfellon ats White Chapple
in the Said County to the Said Parish of St John of Wapping
as the place of her last legal Settlement

That your Peticoners think themselves Agreivd
by the Said Order, Humbly Appeals to this
Honoble. Court against the Same

And Prays that your Worspps would be pleased to
Order the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Said Parish of St Mary Matfellon ats
White Chapple And all other persons Concerned
may Attend this Court Some day this present
Sessions to hear and abide the Judgment and
determinacon of this Court touching the Said
Appeale
