Whereas it Appears Unto Us Two of His Majestys
Justices of ye Peace for ye said County of Midd (Qunum
Unus) That Ann Knipe< no role > is onto & Intruded into ye
Said Pish of St. Giles's in ye feilds Contrary to Law And is
Become Chargeable to ye said Pish Whereas Complt
hath been made Unto Us by you ye Church Wardens &
Overseers of ye. Poor of ye said Pish of St. Giles's in the
feilds, And Whereas is also appear Unto us Upon
Exaicon taken Upon Oath & their Circumstance that
the said Ann Knipe< no role > was last legally Settled in the
Pish of St. Clements Danes in ye. Libty of Westmr And
wee cannot find yt. she has gaind any other Settlemt.
Wee ye said Justices do therefore Adjude That ye said
Pish of St: Clements Danes in ye Libty of Westm is the Pish
& place of ye legall Settlemt. of ye Said Ann Knipe< no role > And
yt. she is now chargeable to ye Said Pish of St. Giles in the
feilds

These are therefore In His Majestys Name to
Require & Command on ye. said Church wardens &
Overseers of ye poor of ye said Pish of St. Giles's in ye feilds
to remove & convey the said Ann Knipe< no role > out of, &
from [..] said Pish into ye said Pish of St. Clements Danes
in ye Libty of Westmr And her to Deliver to ye Church Wardens
& Overseers of ye poor more or to some or one of them Who
are hereby Requier'd to Receive ye said Ann Knipe< no role > itts
New Care & provide for her According & Law Hereof
