The humble Peticon & Appeale of the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Wilsdon in the Said County.

Sheweth

That by Order under the hands and Seales of George Hampfield< no role > &
Joseph Rous< no role > Esqrs two of his Maties: Justices of the peace for the Said County
(Quor unus) bearing date the Fourth day of Aprill last past John
Fletcher< no role > and Mary< no role > his wife were removed from the Parish of
Hampstead in the Said County to the Said parish of Wilsdon as
the place of the last legall Settlement of the Said John Fletcher< no role >

Yor Petr. thinking themselves aggrieved by the Judgment of
the Said two Justices humbly appeale therefrom & Pray
that this Court will please to order the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the poor of the Said parish of Hampstead to
Attend this Court Some day this Sessions to hear and
abide the Judgement & Determinacon of this Court
touching this Appeale
