It is Ordered by this Court that
hath already measured the St. Worke [..] on beleive of the County doe attend the
Justices of peace abovenamed or any three of them at
such time & place as they shall appoint to give an
anot. of his admeasuremt. And that the St. Comittee of Justices of
the peace on on behalfe ofthe Justices of the peace of
this County & the Sd. John warden< no role > on his owne behalf [..]
doe appoint such other person each of them appoint
one such other skilfull person as they shall think
fit to consider of the measuremt. already made & alter the same as they shall see cause & to adjust & of
the [..] value of the workedone be the St. John
Warden in & about repaireing the Sd house of
Correccon & the materialls by him found &
employed for that purpose,
