The Humble Peticon & Appeal of the [..]
Overseers of the Poor of the Libty of the
Rolls in the Parish of St. Dunstan in the
West in the County of Middlesex aforesaid

Sheweth


That by Order under the Hands & Seales of Alexander Ward< no role > &
Matthew Hewitt< no role > Esqrs. two of his Maties Justices of the peace
for the said County (Quor unus) bearing Date the Ninth
day of March last past Elizabeth Sheppard< no role > wife of Rowland
Shepperd
< no role > with their three Children Virt: Ann< no role > their Eldest
Daughter Aged about the Six Years John< no role > their [..] of
Son aged about Four Years Elianor< no role > their removed Daughter
aged about two Yeares & three months were removed from
the Libty of Saffron hill & in the Parish of St. Andrew
Holbern in the County of Middx to the said Liberty of
the Roas as the Place of their last legall Settlementy

Yor. Petr. thinking themselves aggrivead by
the Judgment of the said two Justices Humbly
Appeal there from And pray that this Court will
Pliase to Order the Church warden and Over seers
of the Poor of the said Liberty of Saffron hill as
& all Parties concerned to Attend this Court
Some day this Sessions to hear & abide the
Judgmt. & Determination of this Court of
Touching this Appeal

And Yor. Petr. as in Duty bound shall ever Pray Etc.
