prosecuted or proiveded against for writing printing
or publishing the Sd. pamphlett, And to report
an accot. of their proceedings & their opinions
touching the premisses unto this Court to the end
such further Order might be made as the Court
should think just, Now upon Report made unto
this Court,by theOre terms, by the St. John Ellis< no role > &
others of the Sd. Referrees thatof their proceedings in
order to discover the [..] Anthor Printer or
Publisher of the Sd. pamphlett (which notice thy touching
their endeavours they were notable to doe had not obtained) And that
they are opinion that the Sd. pamphlett is
calenlated to lesson the anthority & respect
due to the Comission of the peace and that the
reddeccons contained in the Sd. pamphlett in
page 31 ( wherein some Gentleman in the
comicon of the peace are reflected upon in
generall terms) are false infamous malicious
& scandalous
This Court upon consideracon
had of the said pamphlett Report premisses is of opinion And doth
declare that the paragraph contained in the
thirty first page of the Sd. pamphlett soe farr
as the Sd. Pamphlettas the same relates &
reflects upon the Juctices now in this Comison
of the peace is false scandalous & malicious, And
