Upon the Complaint of the Church-wardens and Overseers
of the Poore of the Parish of Twickenham
in the said
County That David Fitzwater and

are Intruded into the Said Parish of Twickeham
Endeavouring to Settle themselves there Contrary to
Law, they not having Produced a Certificate to the
Parish officers of Twickenham
aforesaid Owning
them to be Settled Else where, And that they the Said

Chargeable to the Said Parish of Twickenham
Wee upon Strict Examinacon thereof and of the
Said

Doe Adjudge the Same to be True And that the
Place of the last legall Settlement of the Said

of Isleworth
in the Said County of Middllesex, where

a yearly Servant (abt: Thirty Five Years Since) to the
late Lord Brudnell with whome he Served as Such
a yearly Servant three Years, being Unmarried all the
time of his Said Service,) And that the Said

hath not Since Obtayned a Legall
Settlement Elsewhere These are therefore in his Majties:
name Strictly to Charge and Comand you forthwith to
Convey the said David Fitzwater and Susanah his
Wife the next and Directest Way to the Said Parish
of Isleworth
And Deliver them to the Church wardens
and Overseers of the Poore there, Who are hereby Required
to Receive and Provide for them as Inhabitants of the
Said Parish according to Law, hereof faile not Given
under our Hands and Seales this Seventh day of
February Anno Dm: 1721.
