in the Said County Victualler maketh Oath,
That on the twenty Eighth day of February
last, He this Deponent went to the Lettice
an Ale House in Bromley Street Holborn
and enquired for Mr Whiting who lived lately
at the Said House; And that, Mr Whiting did
then in Conversation with this Deponent
tell him, That He the Said Whiting did
Sell Beer to Several People who were his
Constant Customers. this Deponent
further Saith That at the Same time He
desired the Said Whiting to let him have
a Hogshead of State Beer But the Said
Whiting then answered he could not
then Spare this Deponent any for
that what he had he Savd for his
Constant Customers who death with
him all the Year round
