by Order of Court to inquire into the truth of the complain
of Francis Geary< no role > against Mrs. Seymore touching her a demand
of one hundred & ten pounds P ann rent which he alledgeth he cannot for the place
of Cryer of the Generall & Quarter Sessions of the peace
of this County fees of the Court of Sessions at Hicks hall,
benefit accrewing by licences renewed & other advantages
belonging to the place of Cryer & Housekeeper there, which
place the said Francis Geary< no role > had by agreemt. with her formerly enjoyed at
eighty pounds P ann, allowing to the sd Mrs. Seymour the
further sume of one, guinea P Sessions for her assistance
in provideing dinners for the Justices of the peace at
Hicks hall,which Sume of one hundred & ten pounds P
ann the sd. Geary alledged he cannot pay,and at [..]
