To avogd the Inconvenience that May [..] wife

unless in particular and Speciall cates; or where
the Sd Justices committing; Anne [..] at Sometimes happery

That by order of this Court the Sd Mr Moore
was by a letter from the Clerk of ye peace
dated She 27th Febr 1720. detined to attend on
Wednesday She [..] first [..] present to give an
answer to the Sd [..] complaint but did not;
but Sent a letter Signed by himself [..] but [..] dle
in another hand, afledying he was Very much
in dispend with a feawor So that he could not attend
and desiring the complets might lea redued into
writing and Sent him that her might give his
answer themunto. where upon by direction of
the Court another setter was 7th day [..] and sent to him by
She duk of ye peace with a Copy of She said
Complts. [..] In wch he was defined
to give an answer on ye friday following (viz) 3d March [..] on
To make it appear to ye court at that he was
not able to come to Hicks' s hall by reason
o f his indispoticon, otherwise that the Court had
desolvd to draw up a Repsentacon al thin
to ye ford High chance. for his irregular pweding,
but on ye Sd Friday the Sd Sr Wm. Moore< no role > did not
appear but Sent another Letter [..] Buckingham [..] ut whise hall 3 march by a porter
alledging he was [..] then So much indisposed wth a [..]
feavor and other Distempers that he [..] will not go out
without putting his life in ye greatest danger
she the porter who bought these letter
acquainted ye Court that he had She Sd Setter
a Very little white before from the Sd Wm Moore< no role >
who was then at the Sun them in the Steand

Wee Or.not [..] think our sales alliged to pay the prmisses before ye
Sordship althe the Sd Sr Wm. Moore< no role > hath not
been heard before us concerning ye Same in as much
as It is manisert (as wee humbly appelard) that
the Sd Sr Wm. Moore< no role > doth by false Suggestions
and [..] Plain [..] Repesenten any of the State of his health,
[..] Edward To [..] upon [..] of not in ordered [..] to
Evade giving any answer To all or any [..]
prmisses. (otherwise than be has thought St Do do
in his last letter to ye Court nelating to the
Case of Bonfeild; wch with ye other Liston and
pacas [..] the maties abroom [..] sbaked ever
have hereunto annyat for yr Lesyy Conserceracon; [..]

And wee do humbly Submitt To ye Sepr
whither the Sd Sr Wm. Moore< no role > hath not seen guilty
of Very preat abukes of She power granted by
the Commission of ye peace and whether he
hath not by colour thereof very much
